Most fitness programs work on paper. What's missing, however, is that connection which drives one to stay committed to the process. This "connection" is different for each person, because each person handles stressors in their own unique way.

The defining variable that separates my clients from those of other trainers is a deeper understanding of their metabolic processing and biofeedback. Over time you will create unique ways to channel your tensions and regain control.

Over 30 years experience in strength and conditioning  using balanced mobility, creative resistance, eccentric isometrics, neural dynamics, and healthy nutrition.

** Additional fee for sessions scheduled after 6 p.m. M-F and weekends
