My coaching style brings you a unique blend of personal discovery, personal training, and personal empowerment. The defining variable that separates my clients from those of other trainers is their deeper understanding of biofeedback.

 

Our nervous system is the governor for our body. It controls our perceptions of all the stimuli in not only our workouts, but our entire life. A sustained, well-balanced commitment across mind, body, and spirit is key to achieving a more healthy and active lifestyle.

Over 30 years of fitness innovation using balanced mobility, creative resistance, eccentric isometrics, neural dynamics, and healthy nutrition. 

  • Dynamic Strength (calisthenics, free weights, resistance bands)

  • Flexibility Strength (yoga)

  • Static Strength (isometrics)

  • Endurance Training

  • Circuit Training

  • Healthy nutrition (low-carb, healthy-fat)

RATES

  • Individual training starting at $80/session (60 minutes) depending on frequency, time and location

  • Small group training starting at $45/session/person

 

  * Rates dependent on time, location and frequency
** Additional fee for sessions scheduled after 6 p.m. M-F and weekends
