Neuro-Strength Coach

Most fitness programs work on paper. What's missing, however, is that connection which drives one to stay committed to the process. This "connection" is different for each person, because each person handles stressors in their own unique way.

If you can better understand what's happening in your body and your brain, you're better equipped to change your habits and regain control.

That's where I can help you, whether it's to lose weight, build strength, or improve performance.

You'll learn to cycle your tensions (physical and mental) to increase your stress capacity and processing power.

Understanding your tension cycles will take time, but your rewards will be well worth it with consistent practice.

You will learn to listen to your instincts more. To experiment more. To push your limits more. To adapt to the ever-changing conditions in your life. To create solutions that align with your natural rhythms, enabling you to build strength and feel "naturally wired."

The defining variable that separates my clients from those of other trainers is a deeper understanding of their metabolic processing and biofeedback. Over time you will create unique ways to channel your tensions and regain control.

Your nervous system is the governor of your body. It controls your perceptions of all the stressors you encounter. A sustained, well-balanced commitment across body, brain, and mind is the key to achieving your fitness goals.

Change is not easy. There will be highs and lows in your new fitness program. But I will guide you through all the clutter and confusion so that your dual-core engines (brain and body) perform better.
