What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel, clients are required to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. Clients will be charged for appointments canceled with fewer than 24 hours' notice. During the canceled timeslot for which a client is charged, we use that time for preparing the client's next workout session. Failure to contact us by calling 512-585-3400 will result in loss of the training session.
Exceptions can be made in the case of a medical emergency accompanied by a doctor’s note.
What is your late policy?
Clients are responsible for arriving on time to their training sessions. I will wait only 15 minutes for a 60-minute session (or 10 minutes for a 30-minute sessions). After 15 minutes (or 10 minutes for a 30-minute session), I may not stay for the remaining time of the session, and the session may be lost.
Where do you train?
I'm based outdoors near Mueller in East Austin. I usually can be found training at Mueller Lake Park and along the Mueller Southwest Greenway; in parks near downtown Austin including Lady Bird Lake, Zilker, and Auditorium Shores; and at my clients' homes.
