But we need special fuels for our CORE to perform well and run smoothly.  Proper nutrition is where it all starts. Healthy food is necessary for healthy processing and strength training. But there's much more to understand than just knowing your calories and macros per serving.

 

There's no magic formula for nutrition. Two people might eat the same food type and quantity, but how they feel and perform afterward will vary. That's because each person's CORE metabolizes their food differently, triggering various chemical reactions.

 

You therefore must pay attention to your CORE response cycles and discover how your CORE behaves based on the foods you eat.
